One way to accomplish this is to use the “Home”-”Reuse slides” command from your Power Point 2010 program, but this is tedious and not really scalable.

I’ve had to do this myself a couple of times and one of the most important aspects when merging presentations is whether you want to maintain the format and theme of the inserted presentation or have it match the theme of the main presentation.

If you want the inserted slides to match the theme of your main presentation, then you have to use the Reuse Slides option.

The inserted slides will simply take the slides exactly as they are in the external presentation and add them to the main presentation.
