After further investigation, the man was identified as the above Keith Yamada and a warrant was completed for his arrest.
The warrant stemmed from an incident that was reported to police on July 8, 2017. Flores had come within 300 feet of them even though the protective order stipulated he could not.
After further investigation a warrant was sought and signed for his arrest for the violation.
